Interviewing Malcolm X
The civil rights movement was a very big event that happened and many people were involved. Today we are going to focus on Malcolm X and interview him so we can get to know him and his thoughts on the civil rights movement.
So, Malcolm X, what are your thoughts on the civil rights movement? “ I believe that the civil rights movement was a good decision. Why do you believe that? “Well, I think that black people and white people should have the same rights as white people and that they should be treated the same. Now, on to our next question.
Malcolm X, do you believe in violence if it is needed? “ Yes, I do. “Do you have any examples of you fighting for an importance in life? “ " Yes, I believe that if someone pushes you, you need to push back. Its not good to let people fight or bully you," and you not do anything about it. Don’t be the first one to start it, but you can be the one to end it. Thank you for those wonderful sayings of advice Malcolm X. Now its time for our last question of the day.
We are now on our last question of the day. So, Malcolm, are you against white people? “ Yes, I am.” Why are you against them? “My own father was beaten and killed by white people so it made me think that they were bad people. I think of them as the devil himself and that I am against them in all ways."
Now that we are done interviewing Malcolm X I hope everyone learned lot’s from all of the questions I have asked him. He did think the civil rights movement was a good idea, he fought for what he believed in and, he is against white people. Malcolm X is a very big part on the civil rights movement and I hope he will always be remembered by it.
